Come & join us on a wonderful individually guided tour through The Brother Grimm Country.... follow in their footsteps - see where their fairy tales originated ....
We pick you up in a very comfortable VW 7 seater bus (or similar) from Duesseldorf Airport.
3 nights you will spent on a nicely furnished holiday apartment (sleeps 5 - you should know
each other well to share this spacious place - ideal for a family or group of friends
traveling together)
1 night in a real fairy tale castle.
1 night at a cosy country hotel
Each day we take you to different sights on the Fairy Tale Road.

1. Day: You will be picked up in a 7 seater bus from Duesseldorf Airport -

2. Day: The Tour goes through The Weserbergland to Hameln. Here the
story of The Pied Piper of Hameln took place -
on to Rinteln, Bueckeburg, Minden & Bad Oeynhausen -
Evening in Bielefeld - Breakfast & Dinner
3. Day: Drive to Detmold with it's famous open air museum.
You can see how people lived in the days the
Grimm's fairy tales are set - the afternoon drive
goes via Polle & Bodenwerder on the Weser River to the
haunted Reinhardswald & the real Sleeping Beauty & Rapunzel
Castles. We stay in one of the castles overnight. - Breakfast & Dinner
4. Day: The next morning on to Hann. Muenden & Kassel.
Visit the Grimm Museum in Kassel & then on to the
Brauhaus Knallhuette were the Lady Story Teller, Dorothea Viemann,
lived. She told The Brother Grimm's most of the famous fairy tales.
Evening in Bielefeld. - Breakfast & Dinner
5. Day: Today we go up north to Bremen, the town of the famous Bremer Town Musicians.
Then via Verden to Nienburg -
We spend the last evening in one of the "gemuetliche" Country Hotels along the road.

6. Day: Transfer to Duesseldorf-Airport - Breakfast

3. GERMANY - THE CLASSIC TOUR
...... for up to 6 travellers .........
This is the Tour that every tourist to Germany has to do at least once.....
Pick up will be at Frankfurt Airport -
The first night is spent in Rothenburg o/T (www.rothenburg.de)
You can shop to your hearts delight in the year around open xmas shop
Kaethe Wohlfahrt - enjoy this marvelous city.
The second day we visit the town of Dinkelbuehl that is just as charming
as Rothenburg. Down the romantic road we drive to Ulm on the
Danube River for an overnight stay.
Early the next day we will take you to Neu Schwanstein Castle.
(www.neuschwanstein.de) It nestles in the foothill of the Alpes.
A dreamlike building, that was sometimes lived in by the bavarian king
Ludwig. Walt Disney used it later as his "Magic Castle" in
Disneyland in California. We will stay overnight not far from Neu Schwanstein
to visit another one of Ludwig's castle Linderhof (www.linderhof.de)
the following day. Overnight at Garmisch-Partenkirchen. -
The 5th day we drive into Austria to Salzburg. Mozart's city. -
The old part of town is a baroque juwel. Coffee, cakes
and culture - all wrapped into one - The sound of music is everywhere ....
We will have a whole day to explore this beautiful place.
On Day 7 we say good bye to Austria and drive to Munich.
Hofbraeuhaus, soccer and fast cars (Munich is the home of BMW)....
The last day & night is spent in Nuernberg. The city of toymakers &
Adidas. It's medeavel city center is famous - it's food great !!!!!!
9th day transfer to Frankfurt Airport
