DEPOSIT: To reserve a place on our Tour, send a deposit check of $ 450.00.

The deposit is non-refundable, exept in the unlikely event that we have to cancel the tour because of

lack of numbers. If this happens, we will refund all monies paid. If you book by email your deposit

must be received within 7 days.

Payment of a deposit or full payment indicates you have read and consent to the provisions, general

information and booking terms and conditions contained on this website.

FINAL PAYMENT: On receipt of your deposit and completed booking form, you will be invoiced for the

outstanding balance of your tour cost. The outstanding balance must be paid 60 days prior to your

departure. Should your final payment fail to reach us by the date specified on your invoice, we reserve

the right to cancel your booking without refund.

Payment may be made by cash, check or creditcard via paypal. A 3% Credit Card surcharge is payable.

Surcharges may be imposed if costs increase as a result of goverment action, fluctuation of currency

or increases in overfflying charges, scheduled air faires or airport taxes.

LATE BOOKINGS: Reservations made within 60 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of

booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should you have to withdraw from the tour for whatever reason, you must notify us in writung.

Cancellation becomes effective when such notification is received. As aministration and other

costs are incurred by ourselves the following cancellation charges will apply:

90 DAYS or more before departure DEPOSIT ONLY

60-89 DAYS before departure 50% of total tour price

30-59 DAYS before departure 75% of total tour price

0- 29 DAYS before departure 100% of total tour price

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance with cancellation cover to protect

yourself in case you have to cancel.

3. TOUR CHANGES

All information on this website is, to the best of our knowledge correct.

However if unforeseen circumstance beyond our control make changes

necessary we reserve the right to vary itinaries & substitute hotels
